Two Albany Water Polo athletes had the privilege of being coached by Olympian Genai Kerr at the Nike 5 Meter Water Polo Camp in Eugene on Saturday.

While Geani was inspiring and commanding in the water, he was also very approachable and interactive with the players. Standing 6’ 8", Genai towers over the girls as they proudly wear his medals. He has a 7’ 1" wing span.

Genai played in the 2004 Athens Olympics, 2003 & 2007 Pan American Gold Medal games and multiple World Championships. He is one of the only athletes in history to compete internationally as a goalie and as a field player.
